Postal Days -
We aim to post the next day however, our promised postal days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday as long as your order is placed before 12pm the previous day. If your order is super urgent, please get in contact to check we can post the next day for you as we want you to be happy with our service!

£4.60 First class delivery, 1-2 working days
£3.90 Second Class delivery, 2-3 working days

£6.50 Our Gift boxes are all sent First Class and signed for due to value and size. Please don't forget all of our gift boxes can include a free card if you wish, just let us know following purchase!
Gifts Sent Directly To Lucky People -
All of our items can be sent directly to recipient. Please ensure to email us following purchase for personalised notes and cards if you would like to make your parcel extra special.
Personalised & Handmade Items -
Please allow between 4-10 days for dispatch. These special pieces are being tailored to your requirements so you have one of a kind coming your way.

If you are unhappy with any part of your order we will do everything we can to make you smile. To return an item please follow the as below.

Within 7 working days of your order arriving, please let us know you wish to return or exchange this item and why (all returns and exchanges must be under conditions set below). Email us on email@example.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Accepted Returns and Postage -
Returns will only be accepted if they have not been worn or used. This excludes teethers, earrings, and beauty/skincare products, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The cost and risk of returning an item to us is at your discretion and we are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received by us here at Mini and Moi.
Refunds will not include shipping, and will be issued promptly upon inspection. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be issued.
Faulty Items -
Please email us within 4 days if your item is faulty. We will of course refund this as soon as possible. All above details still apply.
